Just to let everyone know: My fingers are starting to slow down a bit and the orders haven't.
With this being said, there will be times when orders will take longer to be sent out.
The average wait for my custom caps and bonnets is 2-5 weeks.
If you feel this is too long, I can refer you to other sites that make their items ahead of time.

Postage and handling is $7.00* per order in US; An additional $20 Express Mail for all orders outside the US is now required. This gives us both the assurance that the package will arrive faster and more secure. There is also the added bonus of a Tracking Number.
ALL DOMESTIC SHIPPING WILL NOW INCLUDE INSURANCE AUTOMATICALLY. (If a customer live within 50 miles of me, then you have the option of coming to pick up your order and not pay the shipping charge.)

1. Select the type of caps or bonnets that you want. Click on the Paypal Shopping Cart Buttons. (click HERE to SEE the process.)
When placing your order through Paypal's Shopping Cart, please add your phone number and any other important information. If you are taking advantage of the "Buy 5 Get the 6th Cap/Bonnet FREE", please select only the caps that you are paying for through the shopping cart. The FREE caps MUST be entered into the comments section, otherwise you will be charge for them (and they are no longer FREE).

2. Some people have commented (and rightly so) that they are not getting my e-mails. If you do not receive confirmation of the order and shipping information, please check your SPAM folder for anything that might have come from dianne@scrubcaps4u.com

3. If you have a special size request such as XXL Tie-back Cap please indicate that in the space provided for comments. Please make sure that the regular "one-size-fits-all" cap is going to be large enough for you. You don't want to end up with caps that are too small. Unfortunately, there are no refunds for wrong orders.

4.I ALWAYS REPLY TO ORDERS AND PAYMENT -- WITHOUT FAIL. PLEASE CHECK YOUR E-MAIL. I WILL CONFIRM THE ORDER CAME IN AND LET YOU KNOW WHEN YOU CAN EXPECT SHIPMENT.

5. When you place your order and would like to order the SPECIAL. Please place your order for 5, and indicate your 6th order in the space provided for comments.

6. Delivery time can vary depending on the number of orders in front of you. Since I make the caps myself JUST FOR YOU, I believe that your personal comfort and satisfaction is as important as the speed they get to you. You will receive a reply from me personally within hours of placeing your order. If, for some reason, you do not receive a reply, please e-mail me or call me. There might have been a problem with the Paypal process or my reply to you was returned UNDELIVERED.

7. IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: Paypal has a 7 day Buyer Protection Policy in place. Because ALL of the caps and bonnets are made for you AFTER you have placed your order, there are times I cannot ship within the SEVEN (7) days covered under this Protection Policy. If you feel that waiting more than seven days is excessive, please contact me.
