The U.S. Postal Service has no tracking agreements with any other country's Postal Service. The USPS makes every effort to delivery to your country in a timely manner. Once your country's Postal Service has it, it is under their control, and they delivery it according to their schedule.

When placing your order through Paypal's Shopping Cart, please add your phone number and any other important information. If you are taking advantage of the "Buy 5 Get the 6th Cap/Bonnet FREE", please select only the caps that you are paying for through the shopping cart. The FREE caps MUST be entered into the comments section, otherwise you will be charge for them (and they are no longer FREE).

2. Some people have commented (and rightly so) that they are not getting my e-mails. If you do not receive confirmation of the order and shipping information, please check your SPAM folder for anything that might have come from dianne@scrubcaps4u.com

3. If you have a special size request such as XXL Tie-back Cap please indicate that in the space provided for comments. Please make sure that the regular "one-size-fits-all" cap is going to be large enough for you. You don't want to end up with caps that are too small. Unfortunately, there are no refunds for wrong orders.

4. If you are ordering from out of the country, please click on the "International Customer" link. Unless the proper postage is covered, the order will be refunded.

5. When you place your order and would like to order the SPECIAL. Please place your order for 5, and indicate your 6th order in the space provided for comments.

6. Delivery time can vary depending on the number of orders in front of you. Since I make the caps myself JUST FOR YOU, I believe that your personal comfort and satisfaction is as important as the speed they get to you. You will receive a reply from me personally within hours of placeing your order. If, for some reason, you do not receive a reply, please e-mail me or call me. There might have been a problem with the Paypal process or reply to you was returned UNDELIVERED.
